Eau De 별빛 - VIXX 6th Anniversary

Alright so this has been sitting in my draft since forever. Not that I was too busy or anything. This whole week I have been lazying around in my bed, watching Running Man and KDramas. Trust me my week was not productive at all. I slacked off at work, my room was messy, I did not do my laundry and skipped watering my dad's plants. Oops! He's gonna get angry if he reads this.

Anyways, I'm typing this on a train, on my way home to KL from Nilai. I think this is always the best time to write. I always have a lot of things to say when I am alone.

So let's get to the gist quick, huh.

On May 12th, me and my fellow Starlight friends (Eau De Byeolbitch, is what we call ourselves) had a small get-together (get together, get get get together lol if you get it). It is our routine to meet up every two months or so. We talk, eat, fangirl, eat, play games, eat, well you get the point.

We were so excited for this meet up that one of us even printed a banner and sponsored VIXX posters for everyone LOL. It was held at a very nice service apartment, Summer Suites at Bukit Nanas area. We rented the place overnight.

We thought of celebrating VIXX 6th Anniversary earlier as it will be the fasting month when the actual date comes. The theme that we all decided on was "Traditional". (Batik Sarong and Kedah top) Most of us do not have any Kedah top so I had to 'sapu' my mom's Kedah tops, of which she wears at home daily. She was so mad that I left her with nothing to wear ahahah sorry mak!

The night started with us eating some snacks and finger foods. Im brought her signature dish, 4Fingers chicken and we finished everything within 10 minutes? Then we all got ready for the most anticipated event of the night which was the Mass Unboxing of our freshly arrived Eau De VIXX albums from customs.

It was chaotic, almost all of us went LIVE on Instagram through our fanaccounts. It was even crazier when we found out that we got 5 Hakyeon pc, 4 Leo's and 1 Ravi's. I got Hakyeon for both versions, which is not bad at all. I have been complaining about not getting his PC at all from all the albums I have bought. So my prayer has been answered LOL.

After the crazy unboxing session, we had MUKBANG! We ate 5 packs of ramyeon, all cooked in one big pot and shared together. Then the pillow talk session started. Except there were no pillow around us but pots and bowls LOL. Our topics varied from KPOP, politics, love life, gossip, and then back to KPOP. We are just so random liddat!

We were too sleepy already when it was time to play a game. We still continued as we have prepared for it. It was a simple yet fun game, I prepared bits of paper with VIXX title songs written on it, folded and put in a bottle. We took turns to draw and had to dance to the song we picked and others have to guess. It was easy and quite interesting to find which part of the dance is significant to each and everyone of us.

So our night ended awesomely like that. The next day, we checked out early and went for a buffet brunch at Sukiya Pavilion. We were all starving so everyone was busy stuffing food in their mouth.

Then it was time for dessert so Noor suggested Miru where they have a selection of yummy crepe cakes. We decided to celebrate Zafi's birthday as well and Noor received her Kihno Eau De Vixx from Zafi as she just got back from Korea. She shared how she witnessed Scentist first win as she attended SBS MTV The Show. We fangirled a lot!!

It was fun and lovely meeting up with these girls. I'm so grateful to have them in my life. We are already planning for our next meeting which will be a picnic party at the beach. Can't wait!!
